This is a personal development course written and delivered by Positive Futures North West. It works with individuals to help them develop confidence and self-esteem to become more assertive in life. Each week you will work on skills and strategies to enable you to build up a toolbox of resources to help you through difficult times.

Anxiety Management

To get the most out of this course you must be prepared to to fully participate in group discussion and practical activities.

The course itself is run over 4 weeks in small numbers facilitated by experienced trainers

This is another personal development course written and delivered by Positive Futures North West. Each week you will work on skills and strategies to enable you to build up a toolbox of resources to help you through difficult times.

  • Practical Workshops
  • Being able to bounce back from difficult situations
  • Helping keep up your motivation
Positive Literacy

A course for people who want to improve their reading, writing and grammar at any level

Fun and enjoyable classes using a wide variety of teaching methods including: books, poetry, and prose, writing your own autobiography and much more

Come along to join in interesting discussions, group work and make new friends.
